Our quote is based on the size and complexity of your project, as well as the materials and finishes you select. Every home is unique, so estimates may change if we uncover hidden issues or if you decide to make adjustments along the way—but I’ll always communicate updates clearly before moving forward. My prices include skilled labor, project management, and proper licensing and insurance, so you get quality work done safely and professionally. I aim to keep everything transparent, fair, and stress-free, delivering a remodel you’ll love with no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process with new customers starts with a free, in-home consultation. During this visit, we take measurements, assess accessibility, and fully evaluate the project to understand your needs and goals. We request at least one hour of uninterrupted time, with no other companies or representatives present, so we can focus entirely on you and clearly explain our services, recommendations, and options. This consultation is completely free, and it allows us to provide an accurate, thoughtful plan for your remodel.
