- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At ASR Design Studio, we believe every project deserves thoughtful attention and a personalized approach. Most of our clients prefer clarity and transparency from the beginning, which is why our pricing is primarily project-based with a clearly defined scope. We start with a brief 15-minute discovery call where we discuss three key questions: • What is the scope of work? • What is your budget? • When would you like to begin? This helps us understand your goals, investment level, and timeline so we can recommend the best path forward. From there, we move into the creative process—diving into your aesthetic preferences, reviewing inspiration, and shaping an intentional design direction. This collaborative phase often includes visual concepts and renderings so you can confidently envision your completed space. Most projects officially begin with a 1.5-hour design consultation. During this working session, we offer expert insight, discuss layout and color considerations, refine goals, and determine the services that best support your project. By the time your project is complete, you’ll step into a beautifully designed space that feels elevated, functional, and uniquely yours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At ASR Design Studio, our goal is to make your design experience simple, supportive, and genuinely exciting from start to finish. 1️⃣ Discovery Conversation We begin with a 15-minute phone consultation to learn about your space, goals, style, challenges, and budget so we can truly understand what matters most to you. 2️⃣ Site Visit or Virtual Review Next, we walk the space—either in person or via Zoom—review measurements, discuss functionality, and explore design possibilities together. This collaborative working session typically lasts about 1.5 hours. 3️⃣ Design Proposal + Review Meeting We prepare a detailed proposal outlining the scope, services, and investment, then review it with you via Zoom to ensure clarity and alignment with your vision. 4️⃣ Design & Concept Development Our team thoughtfully develops concepts, layouts, and curated selections tailored to how you live and what you love. This phase includes detailed drawings, space plans, elevations, and 3D modeling to help you clearly visualize your new space. 5️⃣ Refinement & Finalization We collaborate closely with you on feedback and revisions, refining every detail until the design feels perfectly “you.” 6️⃣ Product Selection & Procurement We help finalize finishes, cabinetry, materials, fixtures, and furnishings—then manage ordering and coordination for a smooth, stress-free process. 7️⃣ Implementation Support We continue partnering with your contractor and trade team, supporting installation and ensuring the design vision is executed beautifully and accurately. 8️⃣ Celebrate Your New Space And finally—the best moment—watching you step into a home that feels elevated, functional, and uniquely yours.

Ariel holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design and an MFA in Interior Architecture, and is CCIDC-certified, combining advanced education with professional credentials to deliver thoughtful, expertly crafted spaces.
