- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the type of computer repair or tech support needed. I offer both hourly and flat-rate pricing for services like virus removal, slow computer repair, network setup, and data recovery. A minimum in-home visit fee may apply based on travel distance, with additional fees starting beyond 20 miles. I’m transparent about costs upfront and offer senior discounts when applicable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by learning what issue you’re experiencing, such as a slow computer, virus infection, Wi-Fi problem, or system error. Once on site, I run a full computer diagnostic or network assessment, explain the problem in plain language, and confirm the best solution before starting. After repairs or setup are complete, I make sure everything is working properly and answer any questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years of hands-on IT experience supporting both home and office technology. My background includes computer repair, virus and malware removal, network setup, router configuration, data recovery, and general technology support. I’m largely self-taught through real-world rather than theoretical knowledge with experience working in professional office environments and residential settings.
