- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system has three tiers, from premium to builders grade, we offer selections on pricing that fit most budgets without ever compromising our craftsmanship.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick consultation to understand the scope, budget, and timeline. If it’s a good fit, we schedule an on-site visit to review the space, take measurements, and discuss options. After the visit, you’ll receive a clear, written estimate outlining the scope of work and pricing. Once approved, we schedule the project, we schedule a design consultation with our in-house designer, order materials, and maintain communication through completion and final walkthrough.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from years of hands-on work in residential construction and remodeling. We’ve been trained in proper installation methods, building standards, and local code requirements, and we continue to stay current as materials and regulations evolve. Every project is approached with a focus on doing the work correctly, safely, and to code.
