Pricing is based on scope, company size, system complexity, and level of support required. I offer both project-based pricing (for implementations, cleanups, or audits) and ongoing monthly support options. I’m transparent about costs upfront, and there are no hidden fees — we align on expectations and deliverables before work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with a discovery conversation to understand your payroll structure, current systems, compliance exposure, and pain points. From there, I conduct a structured review to identify risks or inefficiencies and outline a clear action plan with priorities and timelines. Once aligned, I implement improvements, strengthen controls, and ensure processes are stable, scalable, and compliant moving forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background includes extensive hands-on experience managing multi-state and international payroll operations, tax reporting, reconciliations, audits, and benefits administration across platforms multiple platforms for over 18+ years. I have led system implementations and process improvements while working closely with HR and Finance teams to ensure regulatory compliance and operational accuracy. I continuously stay informed on payroll regulations and industry best practices to protect client businesses and reduce risk.
