- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is discussed individually for each project β it depends on the format, duration, and scope of work. I work both on an hourly basis and with a flat project rate, whichever works better for you. If you need both filming and editing, I offer a combined package β it's more convenient and more cost-effective than booking separately. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Everything starts with a quick conversation β I like to understand the project before we begin. I'll ask about what we're shooting, when and where, how long the shoot will be, whether editing is needed, and what the final video format should look like. This helps me show up fully prepared and make the most of your time on set. The finished video is delivered via Dropbox β fast and hassle-free. Standard turnaround is 1β3 business days after the shoot. Just reach out β we can go over everything in a few minutes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learn every day β and that's not just a phrase, it's how I approach my craft. Throughout my career I've grown alongside professionals from the film industry across different countries, which has helped me develop to international production standards. Over 8 years I've built deep expertise in cinematography, editing in DaVinci Resolve and Premiere Pro, professional color grading, and audio work. I've also studied marketing and business β because understanding how video performs for a client is just as important as making it look great.
