Sloan Music Studios

My name is David Sloan, and I run Sloan Music Studios here in the Surprise, Arizona area. I currently teach over 30 students each week and have been teaching piano, voice, guitar, and music theory since college. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Music and completed four years of formal music theory study. I specialize in helping beginner and early-intermediate students build strong musical foundations while developing confidence and a genuine enjoyment of music. Lessons are structured, encouraging, and tailored to each student’s pace so they experience steady progress. Students meet with me for weekly 30-minute private lessons in a consistent time slot. My goal is to create a clear and organized learning environment where students can grow in skill, discipline, and creativity. I am also an ESA-approved provider in Arizona, which means many families can use ESA funds to cover lessons.
