My name is Nathan Williams. If anyone knows me personally, they know that my main focus in life is fulfilling God’s purpose for my life.
My first job was a stock boy at the Sandbridge Market. There I learned the basic principles of business, customer service, and earning every penny spent.
Ever since I was 16, I have had a burning passion to start a company. Even when I was younger, I didn’t know it then, but I always exuded entrepreneur qualities. I was a stubborn kid, I would never give up on something that I was passionate about. The only person I would submit to was my parents and God. I loved to be in charge and have important leadership roles.
Since I was 16, I have tried countless businesses, and each of them did very well. However, when the slow seasons came, I would move onto another business.
Years ago, when I was doing other businesses, my father in law had a dream. He had a dream (that I believe was sent from God) that I owned many trade companies. Six months later he advised I go into the trades.
I listened to his advice and walked into an HVAC company and walked out with the job. Years later, I was able to obtain all of my qualifications and open my company.
Throughout my time working for other people and other companies I learned that the customers in the HVAC field are often at the mercy of the technician because of how in depth the field is.
That is when I realized that I was going to be the one person that everyone can trust. I am seeking to build a company that can change the industry and be the new Gold Standard.
Often times, it’s not that technicians are lying, but that they are misinformed.
I have committed myself to learning the ins and outs of HVAC and still have a lot to learn.
I plan to do this with as many trades as I can.
Why am I different? I hold myself to a higher standard because I am held accountable by the LORD.
