- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple, structured, and focused on quality from day one. 1. Initial Contact & Estimate We gather details about your home (size, condition, and needs) and provide a clear, customized quote. 2. First Service = Deep Cleaning (Required) All new customers start with a deep cleaning. This allows us to reset the home to our standards by targeting buildup, detail areas, and spaces that haven’t been professionally cleaned before. 3. Customized Cleaning Plan After the deep clean, we recommend a maintenance plan (weekly, biweekly, or monthly) based on your lifestyle and expectations. 4. Professional Cleaning Day Our trained team arrives on time, fully equipped, and follows a structured cleaning system to ensure consistency and high-quality results. 5. Final Check & Follow-Up We review the work, ensure everything meets our standards, and follow up to make sure you’re 100% satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our maids are trained by a professional with over 25 years of experience in residential and commercial cleaning. Every new team member must complete hands-on training before entering any client’s home. This training focuses on proper cleaning techniques, attention to detail, sanitation standards, and how to clean efficiently without cutting corners. We also train our maids on organization, handling different surfaces safely, and delivering a respectful, professional experience in every home.
