- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All session pricing includes photo editing, online gallery delivery, and a print release. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 48 hours before your session. Travel within 10 miles of Tempe is included — beyond that, a small travel fee applies. No hidden costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a quick inquiry where you share your session type, preferred date, and location ideas. Once we confirm the details, I send a deposit invoice to lock in your date. On shoot day, I guide you through natural posing so you feel relaxed and confident. Your edited gallery is delivered within 3–7 business days for portraits and headshots, and 1–2 weeks for events.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been shooting professionally since 2017 with a focus on natural light photography. My background in UX design and product strategy has sharpened my eye for composition, detail, and intentional storytelling — skills I bring to every session.
