After discovering squirrels in our attic, we Googled pest companies who handled that sort of thing and contacted Critter Control. They responded immediately and had a serviceman at our home the very next day. Lyle attentively inspected the inside and outside of our home to determine how the squirrels were accessing our attic, then took the time to thoroughly explain next steps. The next day traps were set, and several days later the culprits had been caught. All in all, our attic was squirrel-free AND all possible entry points had been sealed within a span of two weeks. We really appreciated their sense of urgency and were grateful that they also took care of any necessary repairs. Lyle was extremely helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. We highly recommend their services.

We had a flying squirrel invasion in our attic. Critter Control did an outstanding job of identifying the culprits, recommending a plan for removal of the critters (12 in total) and eliminating the places where they were entering. I can't say enough about Ben, our technician. Extremely personable and knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, reliable, dependable and thorough. Even though the flying squirrel discovery was unfortunate, the resolution process was as good as could be expected. We are confident that the problem has been 100% resolved.
