I’ve been a licensed massage therapist for the last 10 years, and thoroughly love the craft. My work is focused on working with the body rather than against it with the ultimate goal always being to have you leaving feeling better than when you first arrived! I use a combination of different techniques like deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular all with Swedish massage strokes to promote deep relaxation and encourage you to reach a regulated state. Every session is different, and may or may not include the use of cupping, hot stones, and theragun depending on your needs as well as preferences at no added cost.
