FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As every home and project is different, TE Certified Electricians, Plumbers, and HVAC Technicians rely on on-site evaluations to provide transparent and accurate quotes!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whether it's your first time calling our office or we've worked with you on numerous occasions, we want to make your experience at TE as easy as possible! So when you call in, you'll always speak to one of our local teammembers to discuss the issue you're experiencing (or the goal you're trying to accomplish). During the call, we'll work with you to get a licensed, insured, and certified technician to your home for an on-site consultation as soon as possible. On-site consultations allow them to get the full picture of your project and provide the right solutions for you and your home. Because TE Certified Technicians drive fully-stocked trucks, we can complete projects in just one visit!
