- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No hidden fees or extras, the price I give you is the price that's paid. If I miss something it's on me. I will give you a price that reflects the work being done. Deposits are required for purchasing of materials.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
4 years of experience in building multi-residential buildings. I have also done commercial spaces like offices and coffee shops, apartment fit ups and renovations
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of customers. I have done work with 9 figure valued General Contractors putting in floors of multi-million dollar apartments as well as homeowners with a small repair that's costs a few hundred dollars. Ive also worked with property management and realty companies.
