- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use an incredible amount of data to get you the best price. We offer discounts for new customers and referrals. We ask a few upfront questions to make sure our pricing is getting you the best value and correct cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We understand the property and services needed with a few questions and get you an estimate asap. We can dispatch a cleaner within 24 hours but also will work around your schedule on when we can come to clean property.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All cleaners have a $1M GL Insurance. They are all trained on touch, standard, and deep cleans and have job site checklists.
