FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the service type, property size, access, location, amount of debris or buildup, and the overall scope of work. We provide clear estimates before scheduling whenever possible. For junk removal, photos help us estimate based on item volume, weight, stairs/elevator access, parking, and disposal needs. For pressure washing, window cleaning, and property refresh services, pricing depends on square footage, surface condition, number of windows, water access, and safety requirements. Bundle pricing may be available when combining services such as junk removal, pressure washing, exterior windows, trash area cleaning, patios, driveways, or storefront glass. Commercial and recurring maintenance pricing is available upon request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and efficient. First, customers send photos or a brief description of the area or items they need serviced, along with their location and any access details. From there, we review the scope and provide a clear estimate or schedule a walkthrough if needed. Once the scope is confirmed, we schedule the service, complete the work safely and professionally, and make sure the area is cleaned up before we leave. For commercial properties, apartments, realtors, restaurants, and storefronts, we can also discuss priority cleaning scopes, one-time service, or ongoing maintenance options.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Before reaching out, customers should think about what service they need, how soon they need it completed, and whether the job is for a home, apartment, storefront, restaurant, commercial property, or tenant turnover. Helpful details include photos of the items or area, the property location, parking/access information, whether there are stairs or elevators, water access for pressure washing, the number of windows or surfaces needing service, and whether there are heavy items, stains, trash areas, patios, driveways, or exterior buildup. For commercial customers, it also helps to know whether this is a one-time cleanup, a priority cleaning need, or something that could become recurring maintenance.
