- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the total glass area, selected film, window type, accessibility, existing film removal, and project location. We have a minimum service charge for smaller installations and may offer better pricing per square foot on larger projects. Photos and approximate measurements usually allow us to provide an initial estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first ask about the problem you want to solve, such as heat, glare, fading, privacy, security, or artificial-turf damage. We review photos, approximate measurements, glass type, and accessibility before recommending suitable films. After you approve the estimate, we schedule the installation and provide applicable care and warranty information.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
