FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the scope, coverage time, editing requirements, and final deliverables. Standard local travel, professional equipment, lighting, audio, editing, and digital delivery are included unless otherwise noted. Additional hours, extensive travel, extra revisions, raw footage, or added deliverables can be quoted separately. I always provide clear pricing upfront so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a quick conversation to understand the event, goals, schedule, location, and the type of final video you’re looking for. From there, I provide a clear scope and pricing, confirm the booking, and help plan any important shots or moments in advance. On the event day, I focus on capturing natural moments while staying organized and unobtrusive. Afterward, I handle the editing, color grading, audio, and final delivery.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background is in graphic design and creative production, which gives me a strong foundation in composition, visual storytelling, branding, and attention to detail. I’ve also developed my photography and video skills through years of hands-on professional production work. I’m FAA Part 107 certified for commercial drone work and regularly work with professional cinema cameras, lighting, audio, and editing workflows.
