If I could give AJ at Bonita Springs & Naples Computers more than five stars, I would!AJ came to my home to diagnose a problem with my Alienware laptop. Initially, it appeared the computer was beyond repair, but he was able to save my hard drive and the data on ita huge relief. He also took the laptop for recycling. I thought that was the end of the story, but AJ wasnt finished helping me.When an identical computer turned up at the recycling center, AJ remembered mine, which was still there. On his own time, he explored whether he could use parts from the other computer to bring mine back to life. And he did! He contacted me with the unexpected news that my supposedly dead laptop was working again.That kind of initiative, thoughtfulness, and follow-through is extraordinary. He could easily have considered the job done, but he saw an opportunity to help and took the time to make it happen.AJ absolutely knows his stuff, and hes also kind, trustworthy, and extremely fair with his pricing. I cannot recommend him highly enough for your computer and technology needs. Thank you, AJ, for going so far above and beyond!
