Introduction: We are a full-service event center with in-house catering and event planning services. Lobo Castle Productions produces events that are out of the ordinary. To bring our clients visions to life we approach all of our projects with a mindset of flexibility and customization. Lobo Castle Productions has the experience and team to take your idea and concepts to a different level. In that spirit, our catering team customizes each menu to suit our clients tastes. Blending different cultural cuisine on your plate is our specialty. We have partnered with a variety of event vendors to appeal to a broad range of demographic tastes. They specialize in all aspects of an event. Thus ensuring your specific vision is achieved We hold special dinners that you will need to join our mailing list to attend. They are held semi annually and consist of a 6-course seasonal menu created by Chef Denise Antico-Donlon.
