Grossly overcharged me. Wanted $6K just to remove my washer and dryer and install a new one which Home Depot would charge less than $100 for. Said they would send an estimate same day but waited for almost a week after repeated failed promises. When the estimate eventually came it was totally different to what we had discussed and had a laundry list of exclusions which I had to pay for separately. Rip off and totally wasted my time!
