FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It depends on the scope of the project. A project that has defined parameters and are rather large in scope, I've typically proposed a fixed price, which covers the whole -- from beginning to end. Most jobs, however, are smaller and usually can be completed with an hourly rate, accompanied by milestone dates/times. Clear, agreed-upon terms are the key to everyone coming away feeling happy with the work!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After our initial exchange, a meeting (or phone call) to go over a project in more depth takes place to get a better understanding of your work and needs as well as agree on general terms of service. I will then submit a written quote for proposed work based on what we agreed upon and work begins.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training has consisted solely of the years of work in publishing and content creation. That said, I am a fine wine specialist, with over a decade of experience in that industry, and feel solid writing on anything wine related. I am also a certified Life Coach with a passion for the subject matters of human relationships, personal growth/spirituality and trauma/healing.
