Jun Kim came to my house on time and ready to go. He was prepared, patient and his expertise was amazing. Jun fixed my PC issue on a pretty old system and helped me with a MAC issue as well. I couldn't be happier. No complaints. Highly recommend.

Experience with Jun Kim was very good. Cost was higher than estimate because of part needed. Still was very reasonable and work was done when promise. I was kept inform of progress thru text message. Computer working great, I would use Baytech System again and recommend them to other.
