One can only choose up to three (of five) positive characteristics when leaving a review, so I am noting the two extra I couldn't include earlier-- Five Stars for both Punctuality and Professionalism, in addition to everything else!! I had an absolutely outstanding experience with Rasul and his team, and will be hiring them for an additional job shortly! Elite took on a debris removal job they hadn't previously encountered and left my yard exactly as I hoped! Rasul set realistic expectations for me as the customer, and his pleasant staff expressed true care about the quality, execution and efficiency of their work. I could not be happier with the outcome! The experience was the kind you wish for when bringing contractors onto your property: excellent communication, work ethic and performance, along with actual completion of the job! It's rare to sigh with relief when contractors claim they've 'finished' a job because you inevitably discover things left undone. Not so with Elite Debris Removal! Thank you very much for your great service and attention to detail! Your team came in and did a fantastic job of cleaning up my mess, and I am truly grateful. Two guys showed up, very polite, very professional. they took a moment to assess the work area and took every precaution to avoid safety hazards, heck they were even watching out for me where I was stepping all of the time….
