I spent countless hours looking up what types of workouts are best for my body type, what time of day is best to workout, what supplements I should take, etc. The millions of opinions you find online more than often confuse you a lot more than they help you, and that is exactly what happened to me. It was a matter of trial and error, and looking back, I wish I would have had someone to guide me along the way and make suggestions as to what would worked best.
