This was my first time doing a mold inspection and Im so glad I got the chance to work with Andrew. Hes extremely professional and knowledgeable and made the whole process from mold testing to end results really seamless. He even with the extra mile to have a follow-up phone call with me to review the results and best options for mold remediation and next steps after (I learned mold remediation is with separate companies so he also wasnt gaining any extra business from helping me - just doing it out of kindness). We offer clear and competitive pricing for our air quality testing and mold inspection services. Here's a quick overview:
- Mold Inspections: We inspect up to three areas free of charge. A minimum of two samples (indoor and outdoor) is required, priced at $100 per sample.
- Full Mold Inspection (up to 1,000 sq ft): $300, which includes a complete infrared, moisture, and visual inspection, along with two air samples sent to a lab for analysis. Additional samples are $100 each.
- Additional Testing Services: We also offer environmental air testing for pollutants, hazardous materials, chemicals, and gases. Pricing for these services depends on the scope and type of testing required.
