- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a quick phone discussion if needed, but this is not necessary if everything is clear. I like to ask questions early in the process if an issue comes up to save time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.A. in History of Art from U.C. Berkeley.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Often I have worked with people whose first language is not English. I love to learn languages and have sympathy for those attempting to write in a language that can be very difficult.
