- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Set up and clean up is included in my fee so there will not be an hourly charge for that. Let me know if your Venue already includes a sound system. If all I need to bring is my laptop then I can give you a discount. l
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing I would need is an ************* to send over a contract along with some follow-up questions. After the contract is signed by both parties I require a 50% down payment in order to save the date. We can have as many consultations as needed before the event. We can meet in person, over the phone, video chat, text or email. However you feel more comfortable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA, AA, and certificate in audio engineering as well as an AA in music, and an AA in Performing Arts.
