Jay painted the fascia on my roof and a rusted wrought iron fence with gates. I found his charges reasonable and his work thorough. I would gladly hire him again for my home and I would confidently recommend him for work for friends, family and neighbors.

Jay (Joao) Sanchez (JS Painting 714-598-6026) is extremely good at communicating, answering questions and explaining. Free estimate. He called me 1-2 times a day (like when he's coming that day and the next day). I like his small 3-person operation. I 1st hired him to prep, glaze, caulk, prime and paint exterior wood casement windows. Brothers Memo and Luis came 1st and did an excellent job at prep work, scraping, sandpapering, priming and painting the frame. Once the brothers are done, Jay comes and paints the muntins. Jay is meticulous in painting. I watched their work and was so impressed, I had them pressure hose off old paint, re-stucco, prime and paint the home's front elevation. They took out old cracks with elastomeric caulk, then stucco mesh. They always apply 1 coat of primer and 2 coats of paint over stucco and wood. They don't use primer/paint combos. They use 100% acrylic paint from Dunn-Edwards which they feel has better adhesion than latex paint. Jay did some extra work for free like cutting up plywood for bulky item pickup and painting an exterior wall that was not part of the original deal. They are neat, though pressure washing sprays small paint particles everywhere even with drop cloths. They had me move the car first. They deserve their 4.9/5 star consumer review average. I hope my wife will let me hire them to paint the inside of the home. King R., Los Feliz

Jay and his top-notch crew just finished a very detailed job in my old kitchen and laundry room, where they had to first remove stubborn wallpaper and deal with old oil-base paint. They patched and prepped numerous areas, and the job turned out beautifully. I highly recommend Jay to make your home a lovely place. His crew was punctual, respectful, and professional from start to finish. I would not hesitate to hire Jay again!

Jay and his team did incredible work with a complex job at our new home. From the first moment when he came for an estimate, we saw how knowledgeable and professional he was. He helped us understand the technical aspects of what we were imagining, even if it meant a lower estimate because we did not necessarily need certain things we thought we would. We could tell he was very honest and genuinely cared about his work and making sure the client got the best results. We had two other professionals come for estimates, and it was a no-brainer to use Jay. During the job, he and his team were very careful in the house, and adapted to challenges that came up along the way. He went the extra mile helping to patch a drywall problem, helped repair a door handle, and even took down and put back up the curtains in the living room (we had forgotten to do so ourselves). We will absolutely use him again, have already recommended him to a friend and will continue to do so. What a pro!

We had an amazing experience working with Jay! He was able to get the work done in a timely manner, and did stellar work - we seriously have never worked with a more precise and tidy painter. We are so happy with how our gate and door turned out, and he did a great job installing molding on our exterior window and painting it. He is truly a great guy and we couldn't recommend him more!

Just last week I painted a couple of accent walls. Client loved how they looked, nice and clean straight lines and asked me to do more walls. Took about 5 hours for his apartment.
