- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer lessons online and in person.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer them one lesson and do a general assessment of their voice. Run scales, see what their range is etc. I then ask them what their goals are for their singing lessons and work with them to craft a lesson plan tailored to their goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a Berklee College of Music graduate with a BM in Vocal performance. I've taken a course on vocal pedagogy and have an emphasis in the jazz idiom.
