Jorge replace a pool light switch and outdoor power outlet and did an excellent job. I would rehire and recommend him for any electrical work.
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you want me to get you the mount I can offer you one for a fee on top of the estimate.
If you need face plates coverings for the hole to conceal wires I can offer them as well for a fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is getting as much information from the customer as possible so I can make sure the right fit for the job. I don't want to waste the customers time if I am not capable of doing the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a self taught handyman , picked some stuff from my father but mainly just being in the field has taught me to learn and adapt to different jobs.
