Introduction: I never give just what I agreed or promised. I love to add that little surprise by using the artistic creative side. I want my meals to look as good as they taste. I may bring some extra help to be sure that everything goes smoothly and put my clients as ease, or add an extra dish or taste of something good or perhaps some nice flowers for the table.
I was born loving to cook. My parents (Italian) both spent many hours in the kitchen preparing food for their guests to make having company a memorable event. I love the creative part of it. I love trying new dishes and am experimenting all the time with my guests.

I had a special event to attend and was at a complete loss as to what to wear, so I requested some fashion consulting from Ginger Snaps (Rose). The initial consultation was free and at that meeting she took notes and listened to what I was trying to achieve. Not only did I feel wonderful in my new outfit, but all the other event goers commented on how amazing I looked. After that, I used this service to help me with an entire new wardrobe. I feel like a new person with renewed self-confidence and Id recommend Ginger Snaps to anyone needing some fashion guidance.

I was sick and my dear friend treated me with a couple of dinners from Rose. The food was DELICIOUS!! As good as you would get at any restaurant! Everything came warm, fresh, quality ingredients and you could tell made with love! I would highly recommend Rose Perl and Ginger Snaps!

Rose came to the house to cook dinner each night for a week while my wife was convalescing after surgery. Each dinner was prepared and presented with a flare. Her meals were nutritious and delicious. We both wished Rose could be our full time chef.
