Make sure to ask how long they have been in business, that they use a truck mounted system, that they thoroughly rinse and dry your carpets, they are uniformed and highly trained, they have a guarantee, and finally if the owner will be on the job site with the technicians. A lot of scary people in this industry.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I wish potential clients knew that all carpet cleaners are not the same. That when calling around for prices and comparing is a dangerous proposition. There are professionals, and then there are the hacks that most clients have had and give our industry a bad name.
