About
Growing up surrounded by educators in my family, I continued the family tradition and taught public school, elementary through high school, for many decades.
I have developed methods which make learning Math Facts very easy and I have successfully taught them to many hundreds of students.
Working remotely, has been a challenge since it is difficult to duplicate sitting next to a student over the computer. I am adapting and will keep striving to make remote learning as similar as possible.
Helping people is something I have done my entire life and I'm very happy that I have been able to TRULY make a DIFFERENCE in so many lives!

Ginny has been a true help to both my sons. She not only helps them with their math but all other subjects as well.
She is kind, patient and thorough and we’ve watched both of their grades in all classes improve.

Ginny is a warm person. My daughter felt completely relaxed and is actually excited about learning with her, when Maths has been something that really stresses her out. I was particularly happy with how she was able to cut to the chase and tell me what was required from me as a parent to support the work she will do, and where my daughter is, and what goals we can hope to achieve realistically. You could tell that she was the kind of teacher most parents would have fought to ensure their child head at school.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is as follows:
$50/hour
$75/hour & half
$95/two hours
I do accept Cash, Check, Zelle, & Venmo.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I evaluate the student’s present level of ability and assess the student’s needs to be able to achieve the goals of the course or his own personal goals.
Frequently, I work with college-level students with a variety of needs - some have a lot of skills to master prior to passing their course.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Being from in the Midwest, I graduated from Ball State University, Muncie, IN with both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Arts degrees in Education. In addition, I completed 2 more years at IUPUI in pre-med. I taught Elementary Education a number of years prior to relocating in Orange County CA where I completed another year of college at UCI in Special Education. I taught 24 years at Laguna Hills High School - a Special Day Class for the Emotionally Disturbed.
I hold 4 active CA teaching credentials - Multiple Subject K - 8; Math HS; Physical Science HS; and Severely Handicap K - 12.
