Review of Cloud Paralegal Services, LLC Mood Rehman was amazing from the very start! I'm the type of person that asks a million questions, and reads everything, and he was really patient with answering my questions and making me feel really secure about the process of dealing with the court. He was very flexible with my schedule and making time for in person meetings to go over the case at my location. He was easy to reach by email or phone and always answered promptly. I was updated on the process and each step without my having to call for the information myself. Professional, knowledgeable, and sincere are the qualities of a good paralegal and Cloud Paralegal Services more than exceeded my expectations. Mr Rehman is professional yet friendly. He took the time to explain everything from beginning to end, in the preparation of my legal forms, and their processing through the court system. I sent an e-mail inquiry hoping to receive a response right away and that it wouldn't cost too much due to my circumstances. I was so happy when I received an email response promptly with some answers and important information regarding my situation, without having paid or even having discussed the cost of preparing the documents. He made me feel that he was really willing to help and that he wanted to me to have the best information available on the court documents and the procedure in order to not only have the forms accepted by the court, but for my petition to be granted. I am very pleased with his courtesy and professionalism. He went out of his way and spent his valuable time to help me on a totally unrelated issue and I cannot thank him enough.
