Derek responded right away and was available on a Sunday, I requested late Saturday night after my sprinkler pipe burst. He was very good about giving us some insights on troubleshooting several issues. We just moved and there were several small issues, sink hook up, water pressure regulator, and even the wrong valve on my dryer. Hoping to have him back for more projects, including toilet replacement.
