- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in providing high quality food and the freshest ingredients at a fair price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce myself and build rapport by asking who the event is for and what vision they have to make it special. I give them a menu with pricing and ask if there’s any food allergies I’d need to be aware of. After we come to a decision on the menu, I set up a day to come see the area if available so I have a better plan on the set up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve taken cooking and food handling/safety courses. I also have an extensive background of over 20 years in business management and customer service.
