- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive to stay competitive with your pricing in the current market. For repair calls we typically charge a $39 diagnostic fee is applied to any repairs that are done at the property. We also provide a free estimate for the replacement of any system. Ask about our discount for military veterans and seniors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon initial contact we schedule a day and time to come out to the property to perform the services requested. We complete a thorough inspection of the job in order to determine the scope of work that is required. Once we have completed this, we provide our customers with a detailed explanation of the scope of work to enable them to make an informed decision. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and will work diligently and professionally in order to maintain this goal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner of the company has over 20 years of experience with a mechanical engineering background. He received this training while serving in the United States Air Force with the Nuclear Missile and Space System Facilities.
