The company called me back within minutes of me requesting a quote and made an appointment for me the same day, The technician Matt showed up on time was very professional, and offered us options on how to repair our air conditioner he also gave us a discount because of the coronavirus and after talking to him for a few minutes I was very impressed because he was the owner of the company I believe in doing business with small businesses. I am so grateful for the discount and will refer his company and will use him again hopefully not soon.

Our AC wasn't working efficiently anymore . It wasn't coming to temp and would run all day without shutting off . Matt explained that we need new ducting work done. The ducting we had was a mess . They replaced the ducting, increased the filter size and placed all new registers. They were able to repair a small leak and re charged our AC. There were no extra charges or hidden fees. Our AC is so freezing cold now and blows out alot more air. We are so happy with the outcome!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We strive to stay competitive with your pricing in the current market. For repair calls we typically charge a $39 diagnostic fee is applied to any repairs that are done at the property. We also provide a free estimate for the replacement of any system. Ask about our discount for military veterans and seniors.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Upon initial contact we schedule a day and time to come out to the property to perform the services requested. We complete a thorough inspection of the job in order to determine the scope of work that is required. Once we have completed this, we provide our customers with a detailed explanation of the scope of work to enable them to make an informed decision. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and will work diligently and professionally in order to maintain this goal.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    The owner of the company has over 20 years of experience with a mechanical engineering background. He received this training while serving in the United States Air Force with the Nuclear Missile and Space System Facilities.
