It was a great pleasure working with Matt Stifter (Owner) of Einstein Air Conditioning. Our old existing heating and A/C system was showing signs of needing replacement and the duct work in the attic was poorly installed from many years ago (see attached photos). After listening to and receiving bids from three different companies, my wife and I made the decision to go with Einstein Air Conditioning. Matt invested the necesary time explaining all our options without using technical terms that were above our head. Matt's bid wasn't necessarily the cheapest bid, but it was the one that my wife and I trusted the most. Trust is a important to me, and I wasn't disappointed by placing my trust in Matt and his company. Remember, you will often get what you pay for, and your home's heating and A/C system is not something where you want corners being cut. Matt is licensed and very knowledgable about heating and cooling systems. Making sure your contractor is licensed is important, which I'm pretty sure explains why the one lower bid I received from another contractor (who was seeking to cut a lot of corners) was cheaper.
Both my wife and I were very impressed with the workers that came into our home, the quality of their work, their professionalism, and the punctuality of showing up exactly when they said they would. I know this may not happen with everyone, but we actually signed the contract with Matt on a Monday evening at our kitchen table, and the work started the very next morning. They were completely done replacing our entire heating and A/C system and ductwork by Wednesday afternoon of that same week! How cool is that! (BTW, they even removed our old unit from a closet in our hallway and placed the new unit in the attic, freeing up closet space!) I also appreciate Matt's previous service in our country's Armed Services, where he first starting working with heating and air conditioning systems. I highly recommend Matt Stifter and his company, Einstein Air Conditioning to anyone seeking to have heating and A/C work done in your home! By the way, ask Matt how he came up with the name, "Einstein" ... you will appreciate hearing the story!

We hired Einstein AC to replace all the ducts in our attic. We were satisfied with the work and with the fast turnaround, a real lifesaver during a heat wave. They were also able to work with us to add another vent in a larger room which historically has never gotten a sufficient amount of cooling. This improved the cooling somewhat. I would recommend this company.

They came to check on a leak and after inspection they told us it was not from a/c but to call plumbing asap. We did and Einstein cooling were right the leak was from a sink! Thank you Matt!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive to stay competitive with your pricing in the current market. For repair calls we typically charge a $39 diagnostic fee is applied to any repairs that are done at the property. We also provide a free estimate for the replacement of any system. Ask about our discount for military veterans and seniors.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon initial contact we schedule a day and time to come out to the property to perform the services requested. We complete a thorough inspection of the job in order to determine the scope of work that is required. Once we have completed this, we provide our customers with a detailed explanation of the scope of work to enable them to make an informed decision. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and will work diligently and professionally in order to maintain this goal.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner of the company has over 20 years of experience with a mechanical engineering background. He received this training while serving in the United States Air Force with the Nuclear Missile and Space System Facilities.
