- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our repairs have set prices clearly stated in the Technician Pricing Books which are available for the customer's to view. We do not charge hourly rates, overages for weekends or after hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to show new clients our level of customer service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
California Contractor's Licensed, insured, and bonded since 1990. Our technicians are NATE certified, drug tested, and background checked.
