I live in a rental home and our AC went out during a heat wave. The next morning, I was diligently looking for an HVAC contractor and Jeremy came to the rescue. He coordinated with my landlord for the invoice, showed up promptly to diagnose and fix our unit. He also followed up days later to make sure the unit was performing well.
