Our heater quit on us, so we reached out to HVAC pros for assistance with the furnace. Chris came by to inspect our setup and, after a detailed diagnosis, he discovered a defective flame sensor. I'm really thankful he was able to help; he fixed everything promptly, and now our system is up and running again.

Thank you to HVAC Pros and to Chris who came on the day of. I understand they were (are) busy and very much appreciate squeezing us in on the same day that my AC decided to stop working. What would have been a very uncomfortable night was averted. Will have to do regular maintenance, and will be with them.
