Our old air conditioning condensing unit stopped working. Jose Cardenas came the same day to check it out. He advised us that we needed a new condensing unit. Jose took the old unit away, bought the new unit for us, and installed the new unit very quickly. Jose is very communicative, personable, and friendly. I will be sure to call Jose again for any future air conditioning and heating system problems.

So this review is long overdue. Jose came to my home because our air conditioning unit was not working and I thought it would be a quick and simple fix. Long story short, the air conditioning unit in our attic was leaking and the leaking had caused some mold to form in the attic. Jose was open and honest throughout the entire process with what we would need to get done and helped us find a company to assist in the mold removal. In the end, Jose assisted us with replacing both furnaces in our home and one air conditioning unit. Since everything has been completed, we’ve had no issues. Communicating with Jose was a breeze as he always answered the phone or replied to the text messages that I sent. He is very knowledgeable in his field, and thoroughly explained what he was doing and answered any questions that I had. I like to leave 100% transparent reviews and the only issue that I had with Jose was often punctuality; however, he will communicate when he was running behind. In dealing with this issue (Over a couple of months) and having worked with another company prior to hiring Jose, If you have some flexibility in your schedule, I would recommend going with Jose 100 times before recommending someone who might show up on time and not do nearly as good of a job. My hope is that we are all finished with repairs and won’t need his services for a long time, but if we do I would certainly work with him again.

I was impressed with Jose from the start. I put out my request from Minnesota for work to be done for my father in California. Jose's quote came in 8 minutes from my request, and was the lowest bid with the HIGHEST QUALITY of work! Couldn't be happier with Jose and his team. He replaced the major HVAC components in my townhouse last weekend, including installation of a roof-mounted compressor & fan. We triple bid the work before starting, and his quote was very reasonable. When we were ready to start, he scheduled us right away and got the job done within 2 days.
