I am very familiar with computers and I was trying to troubleshoot my computer boot issues for about 4 hours and I got on call with Steven and I had it pretty much figured out within an hour. I am greatful that I choose him to assist with my computer issue. While over the phone less than 1 hr my issue was resolved.
