We provide all inquiring customers with a free quote for their project upon request. We have no hidden fees and no surprises when it comes to pricing. Our team will work with you to establish a installation and replacement solution that provides the best quality products within your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As soon as a customer contacts us with a question regarding a installation or replacement project, we ask questions so that we know exactly what they need done for their project. We then provide a free quote based on the parameters of the project. We aim to be as transparent as possible regarding all aspects of our installation process when working with new and old customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been repairing and installing windows and patio doors since 2005. Every one of our installers is adequately trained in window and door replacement and installation and has years of experience. Because we have goals to accomplish as both individuals and a company, we hold each other to a higher standard for our work and results.
