I had an excellent experience working with Alexis. He responded to my request right away and was able to come out the same day to repair my old rusted faucets and install new ones. He was very respectful of my home, kept everything clean, and took the time to walk me through the process so I understood what he was doing. Alex was prompt to respond and schedule. I had my gas and water valves replaced for my laundry hookups. My gas valve was old and the water valves were leaking when turned on. Alex educated during my visit and was very efficient at resolving my home repairs.

I can’t say enough good things about Alexis. He came out to replace three water valves in my house and he identified issues that needed urgent repair, really went above and beyond. Super friendly, on time, and got everything fixed without any hassle. What I appreciated most is that he explained what was going on in a way I could actually understand, including pics and videos, and he made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. If you need a plumber who’s reliable, fair, and actually cares about doing the job right, I’d definitely recommend Alexis.
