A Touch of Soul Production team is simply amazing. I had a stressful wedding planning where I was staying in another state and had to organize my wedding in Diamond Bar, which brings a lot of hassle where I have to contact different people over phone/e-mail/text and book them for my wedding. Photography was a big and main part of my wedding and I was literally confused since I wanted the best photographers who could shoot a south Asian wedding in a semi-ethnic way. When I first contacted Ralph I was a little scared whether ATOS will be able to shoot a Pakistani wedding or not, but looking at their past work I was willing to give them a chance. Everything happened over phone and text because I could not visit California before my wedding. To my expectations Ralph and his team took the instructions properly about how I want photo-shoot to be, they were very considerate about my choice of bride & groom photo-shoot even though it was little off route and in peak rush hours but they made it on time. The moment I met ATOS team they I was relieved that I made the right decision. They were so cooperative and understanding, my dress was really heavy and Kressler was there to make sure I am comfortable, which was very helpful for me. Their work is elegant and the whole team is extremely professional. There were times where I would tell them what kind of picture/pose I want to be taken and they took my suggestion and implemented it in a very friendly and professional way. During the wedding and ceremony ATOS team was very cooperative and respectful which made me relaxed enough. After wedding when time came about a lot of questions related to editing song choice for highlights etc, they take care of your choices and will give good suggestions which helps you a lot. My overall experience with ATOS was amazing and my choice was appreciated by my whole family and people who participated in the wedding. I would strongly recommend ATOS for any kind of occasion and even if they don't have experience with your kind of event, you can blindly trust their work. I am so happy I chose them.

A Touch of Soul is seriously top notch! My husband (then fiancé) were searching for high quality videography for our wedding that didn’t cost an absolute fortune. I was really starting to feel like it wasn’t possible to find a videographer that was able to provide aesthetically pleasing video without spending several thousand dollars and was getting pretty hopeless. And we had practically given up on finding a photo booth, since it just didn’t seem to fit in our budget. A friend suggested I search on Thumbtack for a videographer, and I feel SO LUCKY to have found Ralph Corpuz of ATOS on there. He was not only able to provide us with two amazing videographers for our wedding day, who made us a short preview video and full wedding video (within our budget!) but ALSO was able to offer us an amazing photo booth as well at an exceptional price. We totally hit the jackpot with them. 
I even referred ATOS to a friend who was also having trouble finding a videographer and photo booth affordably and she booked with them too! 
From the get-go, Ralph was wonderful to work with – very responsive, clear, and cordial. We had a video chat to “meet” each other and work out the details of our contract. Ralph was fantastic about explaining our options and really working with us to create the most efficient, budget-friendly package possible. We literally couldn’t believe the deal we got from them, especially considering how great their work is (just check out their videos on their site!). Ralph continued checking in with me in the months and weeks leading up to the wedding, keeping us informed of any necessary info and updates.
Ahead of the wedding, Anthony Ga who runs the photo booth portion of ATOS reached out to me about designing our photo booth printout background. He was great about making our vision a reality after going back and forth for a few revisions. We were really happy with the final product – I think my only suggestion for improvement in this area would be more options for fonts. Anyway, it turned out great and on the day of our event Anthony worked seamlessly and the booth was a total hit. I only wish we had had it longer! In addition to the day-of instant prints, Anthony got the pictures posted online for us really quickly and everyone loved getting to relive those fun moments.
We also worked with Cory and one other videographer (forgive me I’ve forgotten his name!) for the filming portion of the day. Cory was fantastic to work with – really easy-going, but also professional and made sure to get all the important shots. I didn’t spend quite as much time with Cory as my hubby did, but hubs was totally raving about how great Cory was. We received our highlight video last week and were absolutely BLOWN AWAY! What an amazing memory encapsulated in even just a few short minutes. Ralph even let us select our own songs to use for it which was really neat and made it even more impactful for us. It was so cool to get to share that little snippet with all our friends since our wedding was somewhat small we didn’t get to invite all our old friends, so this was a neat little peek into it for them. I still get teary when I watch it (for the hundredth time now haha). We are so excited to get our full video in the mail soon.

One thing that I really liked during my wedding planning was the bridal expos and venue open houses. Yes you get a lot of spam emails because they all want your contact information, but I've met some cool people and gotten inspiration from these events. I was at a venue open house and was chatting it up with this one vendor about our wedding planning. Talking about what we could not decide on, what we must have, and all the in-between. And if you're thinking I was chatting at the ATOS booth, you're wrong. I was chatting with a guy who was sitting in for his wife who does invitations and floral. In the midst of our conversation, he mentioned how he recently helped his wife at a wedding and there was a videographer there who was able to do same day edits. That by the time the church ceremony was over, the projector at the reception displayed the highlights from the ceremony. This guy spoke so highly and excitedly about this videographer that I became curious. Funny enough, the guy had this videographer's card in his wallet! So I reached out to the videographer after this open house event and that was when I first met Ralph. From the very start, Ralph was so quick in his replies and though I had many questions for him since my now husband is a photography-hobbyist, he was never annoyed. We decided to meet Ralph in person because well, see when you get married, your photographer/videographer will literally be with you ALL day. Like right next to you, in your face, the entire day. I didn't want to spend my big day in awkwardness. So we met with Ralph and he had actually shot in the venue we were having our wedding at so it was nice to see the pictures and videos from it. After our meeting, we knew that Ralph was the right choice and went with booking because we had just sat there for an hour laughing about stuff and talking about our families. ATOS was the first vendor we booked after we found our venue. While I was still going back and forth about other vendors, I knew ATOS was the right fit for us. So months went by because there was not much to do yet but then came around the time for our engagement shoot. That's when we met Chris. And if you're the couple that is not an instagram models all the time, Chris is the photographer for you. I loved that he asked about our preference, and gave us tips on certain poses so it didn't feel so stiff and weird. And I must brag about this because our engagement photos came out freaking beautiful! So now comes the wedding day and honestly the day is going by so fast. The whole team showed up right on time and was ready to go. They were so flexible with us on all the back and forth stops and really made sure we got in all the mandatory photos our parents wanted. Ralph, Chris, Sheryl and Rodel made taking all the photos so fun. Our wedding party had a kick out of all the getting ready poses. My bridesmaid even told her brother to book ATOS for his upcoming wedding. I have also recommended them to several of my friends. And lastly, I've had friends who had to hunt down their photographer to get their pictures. Some took months and still they didn't get much photos. Chris literally texted me 3 teaser photos just 2 days after! I was so sure ATOS was the best choice for us, and from the day I booked them to the wedding day, my mind has never changed. Thank you guys!!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We just do our best to work with our brides and grooms. We want to ensure our clients our educated and understand the process but at the same time make it as simple as possible for them. In the end, its not about how much we know..Its about making sure our clients are taken care of from beginning to end.
