- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent, straightforward, and designed to protect both you and us — no hidden fees. To officially secure your wedding date, we require a signed agreement along with a 50% retainer. The remaining balance is due on the day of the wedding. We do not accept payments without a signed contract in place. Custom packages are available depending on your needs, whether you’re booking photography, videography, or both. Our pricing reflects 10+ years of professional experience, professional-grade equipment, and a streamlined workflow designed to provide a smooth, stress-free experience from booking through final delivery. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
• Initial Inquiry & Consultation Once you reach out, we’ll confirm availability and schedule a quick call or consultation to learn more about your wedding vision, timeline, and coverage needs. • Custom Proposal & Agreement After our conversation, we’ll send over a custom quote and service agreement outlining everything clearly. Your date is officially secured once the agreement is signed and the 50% retainer is paid. • Planning & Timeline Support As your wedding approaches, we stay available for guidance and timeline recommendations to help your day flow smoothly. About one month before the wedding, we send a detailed Wedding Day Questionnaire to finalize logistics, family shot lists, special moments, and key details. • Final Check-In We schedule a final call before the wedding to review the timeline, confirm locations, and make sure everything is aligned so there are no surprises. • Wedding Day Coverage On the wedding day, our team arrives prepared, communicates clearly, and works seamlessly together to capture everything with care and intention. • Editing & Delivery After the wedding, we professionally edit your photos and/or film and deliver everything digitally. We’ll notify you as soon as your gallery or film is ready for download. From start to finish, our goal is to keep the process organized, stress-free, and enjoyable — so you can focus on celebrating while we focus on capturing your day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team brings 10+ years of hands-on, real-world wedding experience throughout Southern California. While formal education is valuable, wedding photography and videography are crafts that are truly mastered through experience — and we’ve spent over a decade refining our skills in lighting, composition, storytelling, posing, audio capture, and fast-paced event environments. We’ve photographed and filmed hundreds of weddings in a wide range of venues and lighting conditions, which has trained us to adapt quickly and consistently deliver high-quality results.
