  We offer a range of packages and pricing options to suit the needs of our clients. Our packages vary in terms of the services included and the length of coverage, and we are happy to work with you to create a customized package that meets your specific needs and budget. In terms of discounts, we are occasionally able to offer promotional discounts for certain dates or packages. These discounts may be offered on a limited basis and are subject to availability, so it is always a good idea to inquire about current promotions when booking our services. In addition to our standard packages, we also offer a la carte options for clients who wish to add additional services or extend the coverage of their event. These options are available at an additional cost and will be discussed and agreed upon in advance. • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  Our typical process for working with a new customer begins with an initial consultation, where we have the opportunity to learn more about your vision for your special day and discuss your needs and preferences in detail. This consultation can be conducted in person or via phone or video call, depending on your preference. During the consultation, we will discuss the various packages and services we offer, as well as our pricing and availability. We will also review our portfolio and examples of our work to give you a sense of our style and approach. If you decide to move forward with booking our services, we will provide you with a contract outlining the details of our agreement and a timeline for the planning process. We will work closely with you to ensure that all of the necessary details are covered and that we have a clear understanding of your expectations for the day. On the day of the event, we will arrive early to set up and will be available to capture every special moment, from the ceremony and reception to all of the special touches in between. We will work closely with you to ensure that all of your desired shots are captured and that we are able to deliver a final product that exceeds your expectations.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  As a team of professional photographers and videographers, we have a strong foundation in the technical and creative aspects of our craft. Many of us have formal education in photography and videography, with degrees from recognized institutions or programs. In addition to our academic training, we have also gained valuable experience through hands-on practice and ongoing professional development. We are constantly learning and staying up to date on the latest techniques and technology in the field, and we are committed to providing our clients with the highest quality services possible.
