Introduction: I have been working in the pest control industry close to 10 years. I specialize in rodent exclusion, guaranteed rodent free structures. Have experience on tile roofs as well. Materials used are long lasting, and have aesthetics in mind when doing any repairs. This is my passion as far as pest control services go. I highly recommend Mario and would look to him again if the situation arose. Very glad I hired him to take care of my rodent issue. Mario communicates exceptionally, provides great value, and has excellent skill and experience. He identified my problem and educated me patiently on the situation. He was practical and efficient. He didn’t try to suggest work that wasn’t necessary and didn’t used scare tactics, like so many other companies do. Was very courteous and coordinated with my tenants. He was thorough and persistent. Went up into the attic, the roof, exteriors, everything. Sealed things off. Set traps. Removed caught rodents and droppings. Cleaned, sanitized, deodorized. He did what he said he was going to do. He was on time and clean. Everything I could ask for in a job well done. I’m very please and would refer to others. Keep up the great work, Mario!

Thank you mario for your excellent work!! Before mario was here my house was being taken over by rats… I tried everything!! I even called once of the big companies, but had no luck. Mario was professional, on time, and more important effective at what he does. It’s now been 3 weeks since he rodent proofed my house and I can finally sleep through the night again.
