I had a pretty determined group of birds trying to nest above my porch. I had tried several things on my own that didn’t work, so I decided while removing the nest (no birds or eggs inside) I would get the rest of the house sealed up too. Mario did a great job changing out all my old screens, he identified several areas to close up to prevent rodent entry (including the roof), and he laid traps in my attic. He has been back twice to check the traps with one more visit to go. He even spray painted the wire used on the porch to match the house paint. He offers humane traps and explains the pros and cons of that option. His prices are super reasonable and he does a great job. Would definitely hire again.

Mario was the first to respond to my request. He was punctual for the estimate and also for the actual work. He thoroughly rodent proofed my house professionally. He even did some extra screening on the roof without adding to the estimate. After leaving three baited traps in the house and three in the crawl space underneath he came back two weeks later to remove the dead rats and remove the traps. He left three set traps in the crawl space in case there were more rats down there. I hate that I had to kill living creatures but I had no choice. I was very happy with Mario’s work and professionalism and feel confident that I won’t have any further issues with rodents. Thank you, Mario.

Mario is excellent. I was using another rodent company that assured me that they sealed all the entry points, but the rodents kept coming back in my attic and I would hear them sometimes. I hired Mario and he solved the problem.
