Central Air Conditioning Repair or Maintenance

I broke my AC while trying to replace the contactor on one of the hottest days of the year so far. Eli was able to come within an hour of the breakdown and he had my AC up and running again in 3 hours. He did some troubleshooting and determined that the contactor I had installed was defective. He removed the defective contactor and replaced it with a new one, which I supplied for him. He went up to the furnace in my attic, tracked down a burnt out fuse and replaced it. He cleaned my consensor coil. He applied some degreaser with a pump sprayer and then hosed it all down with my garden hose and one of those pistol style hose nozzles. He measured the Freon pressure and determined that it wasn’t high enough. He put in three more pounds of Freon (R-22 refrigerant). Finally, he checked the temperature at my vents with a laser thermometer to verify that my A/C was working. Overall he was spent 3 hours at my home. His fee was very reasonable. Will call again!

Duct and Vent Installation or Removal

Eli came by to our house right on time to evaluate our cooling system and air ducts. Eli wore a mask and practiced social distancing. He also wore shoe wraps when he came into the house and did a honest, timely and thorough job. Eli also found a problem from work done from a previous HVAC company. We had a very good experience with Eli and Delta Air, and would hire them again.

Central Air Conditioning Repair or Maintenance

The technician came out on a holiday weekend. We have older units but his first response was to repair the issue rather than trying to sell us new units. He did a great job and will call him in the future.

I really appreciate what Eli did for us. Our AC broke in most inopportune time during a heat wave over the weekend. I contacted 6 different service shops and nobody was available the next day. Eli at Delta Air was the only one to go an extra mile for us. Showed on time next day, diagnosed complex problem and provided us with options. He also detected a wrong part which was replaced previously (not meeting the spec) and replaced it as well. Did a complimentary wash of the unit. Awesome professional job! Thank you, Eli and Delta Air!

    I completed: the HVAC school at Fullerton College. Electricity and Commercial Refrigeration at Cypress College. I am a certified Economizer Specialist and Commercial System Performance Technician from National Comfort Institute. I am trained and certified to operate Aerial Equipment including Scissor Lifts, Personal Lifts and Boom Lifts Operator Safety Training. I am a certified Universal technician by EPA (US Environmental Protection Agency).
