The Story Behind Bridgetown Construction Bridgetown Construction is a proud Chicano-owned company founded by Sebastian “Don” Malvaez. Don began his journey in construction at a young age, working alongside his father with little knowledge of the trade but a strong hunger for a better life. At just 15 years old, Don became the bridge between his father and clients, helping translate due to language barriers and even assisting in selling full kitchen remodels. What started with countertop installation grew into mastering multiple trades including cabinetry, plumbing, tile, and electrical, eventually becoming full general contractors. After 20+ years of sacrifice, sweat, and hard work, Don decided to build something of his own—Bridgetown Construction—in honor of the journey and the great man who helped shape it: his father. Today, Bridgetown Construction is built on family, integrity, quality craftsmanship, and hard work, with a strong vision for the future.
